I discovered that in order for me to excel in classes (concentrate, don't miss classes, and the ability to relate all the teachings) is to have a good night sleep
I have sleep distortion right now, I cannot sleep before 4.00 a.m. :(
Even worse, today, I only managed to put myself into sleep condition at 8.00 a.m.
Now I need to cure myself and re-set my biological clock
